Rod-Busters Busy Reinforcing Flurry Underground Bunker

ACHTUNG!
Work continues apace on PCOG Gerald Flurry's construction project. Of late, rain has flooded his basement, but the waters have receded and have been pumped out. Reinforced concrete has been placed all-around to form an underground bunker. The “rod-busters” (who tie the steel reinforcement bars) tied steel around the elevator pit, elevator equipment room, and the mechanical room, as well as finishing the steel reinforcement work on the north wall.

Is this Flurry underground concrete fortress meant to survive a nuclear attack on the U.S. and Britain, by a predicted coming European 'Beast Power' in the next seven to ten years? Or perhaps, is Flurry now concerned about getting Left Behind?
